Artist Description Of Their Work And/Or Studio
Bowral and District Art Society will showcase works by its tutors and their students. All three studios will be in use exhibiting works using a variety of mediums, techniques and themes. The tutors will be demonstrating some of their teach practices and invite guests to ask questions and explore the possibility of joining classes. On show in the gallery will be the annual Tutors of the BDAS Exhibition.
Artist Biography
“The Bowral & District Art Society is a thriving arts hub that is 75 years strong. It has a full calendar with 32 exhibitions a year including 4 major prize exhibitions. The 3 studios are in use by its many tutors, visiting artists and up to 300 students a week. The membership is thriving with over 560 members and is recognised as one of the leading not-for-profit art societies in NSW.” Bowral & District Art Society Studios
