Please join us for a wonderful evening at the BDAS where Gale Edwards will talk about her incredible career in Theatre.
As one of Australia’s leading and most acclaimed international theatre directors. She has enjoyed a unique 40 year career internationally and in Australia
Born in Adelaide, she is a graduate of Flinders University, Adelaide University and The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).
She has worked both in Australia and internationally. Working closely with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh. She is the first woman to direct on the main-stage at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-on-Avon, UK, and the first Australian director to open a musical on both the West End and Broadway.
