Beatrice Park & Yarrabin on the corner of Bendooley and Kangaloon Road are significant heritage Gardens and houses in the Moderne style – occupying approximately 3 acres.
Since 1959 both have been multiple Bowral town garden winners. It is at least a decade since both have been opened together.
They are two very different gardens sharing a common architectural and gardening history. Beatrice Park is the more formal garden with connections with landscaper Claude Crowe. Walk through the gates into Yarrabin and a magical woodlands garden awaits, more reminiscent of Edna Walling.
Both gardens have a strong association with the southern highlands and the local garden community.
Tickets: Adult $10, Concession: $5 & Children under 12 years are free
Tickets are available at the gate.
