Mittagong Tunnel Family Open Day

Join us for a fun exploration of our mushroom tunnel, and get to see how exotic mushrooms are grown. Our expert guide will teach you all about mushrooms and some of the history of the tunnel. Perfect for those who want to learn about the tunnel construction and history and see behind the scenes of an exotic mushroom farm.

Wear non-slip enclosed footwear and be prepared for some noisy trains nearby. Meet first at the Southern Highlands Visitor Information 62-70 Main St, Mittagong, then we will guide you into the site. A ticket includes tours for 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5-17), and a mushroom grow kit. Additional tickets available.
