The act of art-making is primarily driven by artists’ intellect, technical ability and/or emotions. Some artists add an additional element into their practice by connecting with SOURCE. We refer to source, as the ‘otherness’ that streams through the creative process beyond the intellectual and physical elements – allowing the artist to act, ultimately as a conduit to the source of consciousness and creation, either through spiritual or meditative practice or connection with nature.
