TULIP TIME IN THE VILLAGES
Tulip Time in the Villages is a collaborative initiative by Wingecarribee Shire Council with local community/village associations with the aim of activating the various villages within the Shire during the Tulip Time Festival, traditionally held in Bowral. This project involves the installation of planter boxes in many of the villages throughout the Southern Highlands.
Planter boxes throughout participating villages will bloom with tulips and annuals, and extend the vibrancy of the Tulip Time Festival beyond Corbett Gardens.
