All cottages have stunning views over the lake, paddocks and rolling hills.
Individually designed, each cottage is an oasis of elegant upholstered furniture, bespoke wallpapers and artwork.
Bathrooms feature exquisite tapware, marble vanities, heated hand-made floor tiles and deep free-standing baths.
The spacious two-bedroom and three-bedroom cottages are self-contained with fully equipped kitchens, separate living areas with wood fireplaces, and every deluxe feature you would expect from five-star rural accommodation.
The light-filled one-bedroom cottages are more intimate and feature petite kitchenettes only.

Rates for extra guests are charged as per our Pricing Schedule and the number of extra guests is limited to the capacity of the Cottage.
A refund of 100% for a cancelled or aborted booking is available only if you give us at least 60 days notice. A refund of 50% is available only if you give us at least 31 days notice. Less notice of cancellation will result in there being no refund whatsoever.
In the event that a booking is cancelled as a direct result of Covid-19 a complete refund will be available.
Check-In commences at 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
Check-In is managed by way of a security code which must be entered at your Cottage. Approximately one (1) hour prior to Check-In we will send you a ‘Welcome SMS’ which will detail the name of your Cottage way-finding directions and security code. You simply drive to your Cottage park punch in the code and enter.
Check-Out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Once you are packed ready to leave simply close the Cottage door and head out.
On or after departure We will charge your credit card with any additional unpaid charges incurred during your stay. Credit card surcharges apply.
Parties and any loud or unruly gatherings are strictly forbidden. Penalties may apply.
Bendooley Estate is a working farm. In addition to many farming features such as pipes bores sheds fences and vegetation there are several unfenced dams and many farm animals on the Estate. You agree to take the utmost care to ensure that everyone in your party keeps safe and well clear such hazards.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any harm loss or damage suffered by you and others in your party at any time you are on the Estate.
To the extent permitted by the law you agree to release and indemnify us in respect of losses of any kind whatsoever arising out of your booking and your stay at the Estate.
