Inside next to the fire with a divine backdrop of revered books or enjoy an alfresco meal surrounded by the Estate’s heavenly gardens and vineyard. Savour flavoursome cuisine inspired by the seasons of the Southern Highlands.

Housed within The Book Barn, Bendooley Estate’s fabulous restaurant and bar is open daily. Dining is also available at the Cellar Door.

Lunch is available from 12pm Monday to Thursday, and from 11:30 Friday to Sunday.

Dinner is available Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings from 6:30pm.

Overlooking the Estate’s vineyard, our Cellar Door is a captivating space for wine tastings, inspiration and reflection.
Journey here to appreciate superb wines, cuisine, art and the architecture – a fusion of medieval craftsmanship, glass, steel beams, century-old pine and locally-sourced stone. Open 10am – 4pm daily. Last tasting starts at 3pm.

Paradise for book lovers, authors, artists and visitors. Built early last century, the iconic Book Barn is both the HQ of Berkelouw Books and the alluring centrepiece of Bendooley Estate.

The Berkelouw Book Barn houses Australia’s most atmospheric bookstore as well as the Estate’s restaurant and bar. This spellbinding space must be experienced. Showcasing endless rows of rare books, cathedral ceilings and king-sized iron chandeliers, there’s no better place to be – curled up by the stone fireplace with great wine amongst this precious world of literature.

2/328 Bong Bong Street, Bowral
and is open:

Monday to Saturday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
Sunday from 9:30am – 3:30pm
