Weekly Yoga Classes
You’re welcome to join our weekly slow mindful yoga class designed to be gentle for your mind and body. Every ‘body’ is different, this private studio has limited spaces meaning individual needs are considered and no prior yoga experience is required.
Located in Moss Vale, in the Southern Highlands NSW, classes are on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10am where you’ll leave feeling relaxed, stretched and strengthened.
Expressions of interest are welcome for other days and private sessions are available.
Yoga Experiences
A Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation Experience is the perfect addition to your plans for an indulgent weekend away. Indulge in a 60 or 90 minute experience to stretch, strengthen and relax your body and mind.
Located in the Southern Highlands NSW, this small private studio provides a yoga experience that caters for up to 5 people. Why not plan it for the next ‘girl’s weekend’ away?
