At the heart of Moonacres School is our regenerative farming and cooking of quality produce. We aim to help people understand, prepare and enjoy fresh, seasonal and handmade food and experience the simple act of eating seasonally. Our teachers are artisans, farmers, locals and renowned chefs and take great pleasure in the simple act of a shared table. Our school is a living repository not only of food knowledge, but importantly, food practice.
