The Robertson Hotel (fomerly Fountaindale Grand Manor and Ranelagh House) has been a Southern Highlands icon since the 1920’s when the impressive building was built atop a hill in 1924, one of the most luxurious hotels of its time. There are light lunch options such as quiche, lasagne, burgers, and soup, as well as our fresh house-made pastries and delightful Devonshire Teas available. Bookings are essential for High Tea.
