The Whey Cafe! Where food is simply delicious …..Featuring a tasty menu based around produce from local growers and artisans. Most of the food and condiments on our menu are for sale in our adjacent cheese and pantry shop, known as The Dairy Store. Think locally baked sourdough toasties, baked Robertson spuds, free range eggs and of course an incredible range of Australian cheeses to sample and take home. We make great coffee ( Rush Costa Rican, roasted in Bowral) and there’s always a selection of homemade cakes, muffins or scones to enjoy alongside. Order a cheese or gourmet meat grazing platter and relax over lunch while enjoying the verdant view through our huge cafe windows. We make our own range of country jams and chutneys and our sister company SoHi Gelato churns the most amazingly fresh gelato on site from Highlands Organic milk. Well worth a visit?
