Poss’s art is stimulated by her local and coastal and the humanities. She works mostly in oils, mixed media and prints with strength and assurance in her mark-making. Poss paints daily and has progressed from reality into abstraction.

“Poss has had a number of successful joint and one-man shows at BDAS, the SHAC, and small. She has been painting all her life but is now retired from the restaurant and catering industry is totally consumed with her art practice.” Poss Keech
