I am a Ceramic artist making domestic work and decorative handbuilt pieces My domestic work is more decorative and individual than mass production. My handbuilt pieces are very much related to the garden, like bird houses.
Artist Biography
“I have been practising ceramics for over 40 years . Having completed Associate Diploma in Art ( Ceramics) Brookvale. Numerous ceramic courses at Sturt, Mittagong. Ten years ago I became interested in weaving, and now have Saori loom and work from home. My latest interest is Japenese Sashiko stitching, creating stories with stitching.” Ruth Wright
