The Southern Highlands is made up of many towns and villages, each with a unique past and an eagerness to share their heritage.
The Bundanoon Conservation Area is located around the town centre and incorporates a number of significant and heritage listed buildings. In 2021, the Bundanoon History Group created a Heritage Trail around the conservation area as a way of celebrating the rich history of the village.
Informative signs have been erected for ten of these buildings, two churches and a park. Each of these has a story to tell about the building or park and there is a QR code on each sign which links to more detailed information and an audio commentary.
A location map is available and it takes about 20 minutes to complete the tour.
